For Nebraska residents who believe they purchased a Dahua or Hikvision product from ADI or Resideo in the last 4 years, please send the following information to AGOclaims@nebraska.gov:
- Description of the product, including manufacturer and model number
- Receipt or invoice
- Contact information
- Mailing address
- Copy of photo ID
If you are a Nebraska resident and believe you are entitled to remediation but did not purchase directly from ADI or Resideo, please contact the installer or contractor who installed the product.
