LINCOLN – Nebraska Attorney General Doug Peterson announced a settlement today with United States Amateur Confederation of Rolling Skating (USARS), a Nebraska nonprofit corporation.

Lincoln—On Wednesday, March 14, 2018, Nebraska Attorney General Doug Peterson will be hosting Mobile Office hours in Schuyler with several members of his staff inside the Colfax County Senior Center (124 E 12^th St) from 9:30 a.m. to 3 p.m.

Lincoln – In recognition of National Consumer Protection Week - a campaign that helps consumers understand their rights and make better-informed decisions – the Attorney General’s Office is focusing its efforts on helping Nebraskans protect their personal information.

LINCOLN - Attorney General Doug Peterson announced today a settlement with TK Holdings, Inc., the U.S. subsidiary of Takata, over allegations that the company concealed safety issues related to its airbag systems which were installed in a wide variety of vehicles.  TK Holdings, Inc. filed a bankruptcy case in chapter 11 in June 2017, and its reorganization plan has been confirmed by the United States Bankruptcy Court for the District of Delaware.  The consent decree and settlement agreement have been presented to that court for approval.
